A few issues I notice are:
1. no sound when new sms arrives and sms screen is open.
2. cant attach images to sms (get the following error on sending- "Message could not be sent. Unsupported message format. (0x8
Operation failed! Version cannot be supported.)
3. all my programs have disappeared from start menu. The only options in settings/menu/ is (2) inboxes, (2) Messaging, and several empty folders
4. also in Start/Programs all my apps are missing (except the same empty folders).
NOTE: all my apps are installed on the card
why are they now missing from Start? How do I get them back?
