Verizon listening to customer complaints? HA! I'm so glad that was posted, I badly needed a good laugh today!
Verizon believes they are perfect in every way, so don't expect them to change how they do business this late in the game. Even if it's not crippled, it will still be more expensive, just like the plans they offer, and 8 months behind Sprint on a release date. I made my escape in April. I'm loving Sprint!
