explorer thinks it's a url and not a gif. i get Error 404...the page was not found.
i've tried it on wifi and on evdo. i can access normal accuweather.com without a problem. i just can't access the one you're saying i should be able to.
Edit. ok. i can get this one
http://sirocco.accuweather.com/sat_m.../IR/isacar.gif but not the one you're on.
