-i will remove the plugin for WMP as i dont like it myself
-the access to the extended rom will be taken out also. i dont find it that useful myself
-i will try to put the commanager under programs for easy access to it. meaning , you will see your wrlmng.exe already under programs.
-meters will stay because i like to have them. delete them from the starup folder if you dont like them.
-me and tplane build it with ppck i dont know anything about the enc file.
-stock keyboard. i like fingerkeyboard myself and i run it from card.
-do you have a link to the updated titanium weather?
-no gps programs (but gps available) too many to choose from, use cabs to install your own.
-honeycomb with 4 lines because i dont like to scroll forever as i install a ton of programs it gets old to scroll 20 times to get to the bottom.
-stock browser. i use opera mini and skyfire.

last file got downloaded over 700 times and quoting from a private message i got "700 ppl with 700 different ideas, the chefs worst nightmare lol" hopefully you can use a very lite rom with 26mb free at startup.

ps i dont mind trying new things even if they dont work (ext rom access) but that wont make it into the next build for sure sorry.
