While i'm a total noob i will say it took me about 2 min to find the solution to this. after your flash it will try to automatically run the carrier specific addons in your extrom. just soft reset before this happens. using a bone stock rom may require you to manually add certain components from your ext rom for certain features to work.
in other news my auto capitalization seems to have shut off. lol
