This dialer looks interesting because the keypad, disconnect, connect and call log buttons are on one screen.

I don't want to re-flash to install it though. Putting the cab onto my phone and installing to the device goes through without any error, but there is no change in the dialer when I use the phone.

um this is the default dialer for wm 6.5 with a skin added to it...in the kitchen just disable phone canvas and the S2A dialer...if you just using the rom then download Advanced Configuration 3.3 and use that to disable the phone skin and then apply the black test skin cab which can be found somewhere in the themes forums..
