Those SERO plans are hard to come by now that they are discountinued , I started with a SERO plan and wanted to add another one but they wouldn't budge! luckily I had a friend who had two sero accounts and only needed one, got three way conversation going, she was next to me so it helps when they ask to speak to the original account owner. The first guy had no clue, hanged up, called back, it took the second rep 10-15 minutes and account was transferred.. something called "transfer of liability"
