that did not help. I have latest .net and am on xp professional. I am synced with PC, but the instructions say "with windows mobile". I am not sure what that means, but I have 6.1 professional on phone and assume that I am in compliance with that instruction....when I try to run the manual version I get windows has encountered and unexpected error....any more thoughts.
it sounds like you are running the ssplmanual on the computer. If so, it needs to be run on the phone.
