Because when he tracked it down, and got the money for it,
it became a legal sale of the phone.
Therefore he sold it, and is doing a fraudulent insurance claim. lol
Think about it,
if your car gets stolen,
and you track it down,
and get retail value for it,
and then make a stolen claim to insurance.
That's insurance fraud.
And who did he report his phone stolen to,
I do believe it was insurance.
Therefore it's fraud.
Not that I care really,
but that's the way it is. haha.
But I personally would like to say thanks for this info
on your process of swapping the housing.
I might be getting a gsm housing in the next day or two,
if not, then I'll be buying one for sure in the near future to tie me over till the touch pro2 comes out.
