Call Forwarding

Are there any free programs to do call forwarding? I know Phone Alarm does it, but it seems overkill for just forwarding.

I just want to use temporary forwarding tomorrow night, don't want to bring my Mogul to a heavy metal concert.

I saw someplace that you can do:
*71 + 10 Digit Number-- Activate Call Forwarding Immediate
*710-- Cancel Call Forwarding Immediate

Now, with that, does it charge you 20 cents a minute if you forward to a Nextel phone? I was going to use one of our old (still active) Boost phones and bring that along, but I don't want to use *71 if I get charged 20 cents a minute with it still being on Nextel.
