The GettingStarted/WelcomeCenter only works with NET CF 2 (I think this is it)...

. ms NEVER RELEASED COMPACT FRAMEWORK 3.5 AS STAND ALONE PACKET. only avaible CAB to install above existing 2.0 .net which adds framework 3.5 new functions ..so called .net 3.5 packet ( which nearly all use ) its just work of entusiasts ..
