It's a simple fix (so i'm told) there are 3 cable ribbons under the keyboard, and the main one has come unplugged. If you can take it back to sprint that is the best possible solution, they know its a problem and 9/10 times they will swap out keyboards (or in my case) gave me a whole new phone. I know its a hassle but why void the warranty if you don't have to.
