contact whoever your bought it from...if they cant help u(they prolly cant) then get a refund...also make sure your phone has everything required to work like net 3.5 things like that...also make sure your phone is screen compatible vga...ect things like that...most likely u will end up getting a refund & trying it out later when they update it
