I wanted to do the same thing, the problem I ran into was titanium wants to keep the clock in the center of the screen. I found a titanium skin, its the Win7 Titanium skin (don't have the link at the moment but just do a search for "titanium skins" and you will find an xda post with lots of them on there) that allowed me to put the clock at the very top of the home screen and then the rest under it. The only problem I had with that skin is the panels were freaking HUGE. I am currently using the Bliss skin because I like the red notifications plugin bar, but it keeps the clock centered. I wish I could figure out how the Win7 skin allows the clock to go to the top of the home screen.
