I really don't know how to tell honestly. Actually wait hold the top power button, volume down button and then use the stylist to hit the soft reset button. Keep holding power and volume down buttons until it goes into Bootloader mode. If it says RAPH800 you have a CDMA and if it says RAPH100 you have a GSM.
