Hi -- This may have been discussed before, but none of the threads seemed to address this specific issue when searching (and 'on' isn't 3 letters, so it gets tricky).

Recently my TP stopped charging while the phone is on, period. I always charge from the usb ports on my desktop at home, or my laptop at work, so I thought maybe the usb port was bad or not getting enough power.. but none on either machine seem to do the trick.

However, if I turn the phone off, it charges.

This is sort of an issue seeing as I use my TP's alarm every morning. Almost missed a 6am flight today because it didn't charge last night (luckily I woke up at 3 and realized it was off!)
