I will be getting the new phone within 2 more days. I am dying to see it. What should I tell them at the store if the same thing happens with the new mogul? I think I will tell then to ship it back and i should just contact sprint directly at ecar or retentions right? Cuz I want to convince them to give me a working mogul just like the first one that i bought. Dont you agree? Shouldn'w we get the same product or should we settle for something less?
