NOt sure if this might help but i remember the first time i tried one of these combo roms i think either i didnt let it completly install or had a bad flash and that happened. Seemed like the settings for titianuim didnt finish loading. Try reflashing and see if it works. From the shipped rom would probably be best just in case.

Thanks guys, I got it working properly, I just re-flashed and it worked out ok.
