Is this the 1st time you have flashed yours? If so Then I would advise you look at the flash instuctions.
Turn your phone OFF
push detect
plug it in
and turn it on
On another note. Im not sure if anyone else would call this a bug, or if it has already been addressed.
But, with the M2D when texting if I stay in the convo. and never go back to the main screen. it shows i have 5 texts and i have to click into the convo 5 times to get it off.
I used one of the 6.5 m2d roms i found on xda and it did not do that, but it had many other problems and adrynalynes is visually much better and more smooth as well. except 6.5 seems a bit quicker loading some apps.
