I would agree that your phone is now giving you problems. Best thing to do is flash back to the shipped rom. Then back up your internal storage on your desktop. Through Settings>System tab>Clear Storage but also format your internal storage. that way everything is back to factory. Then send your files back to internal storage (cabs, music, pictures,etc) and it should run the way it used to. You may want to check what your are backing up. Make sure you dont back up folders that are from another custom rom like folders in the Program Files that are from previous cab installations or temp folders. Also you may need to back up your text messages, etc using pim backup or ms myphone, that is you you do this. Once you clean this device out, it should run properly again.
