6.5 without manila has been solid for me. Faster system wide, doesn't slow down as much over time, just as stable and better battery life (~10%). Kinetic scrolling is a biggie for me and I like the WM fingermenus better than the HTC ones (bigger and require more scrolling). Start menu is pretty much the same as TF3D programs list if you get the right tools to customize/rearrange it. I actually prefer it since it's faster, especially if you use custom icons. I know the lack of manila is a deal breaker for a lot of you, but there are more and more titanium plugins/tools coming out to fill in the gaps. Still can't wait for Mike's rendition though
