Hey Merdin, this has happened to me about 5 times now. I would be on my phone, using whatever application, be it texting, or internet, its never consistent....but then it would freeze. Nothing I can do would allow cause it to respond so I am forced to do a soft reset. Well after doing this, the phone apparently does hard reset anyway since it goes through the initial setup screens just like a hard reset does. Any idea why this is? The sprint rep said that this was a brand new phone and not a refurbished one.
