The phone quality of the Treo Pro is excellent, even outdoors in high winds. However, I have not tried the HTC Touch Pro. I can't tell you which phone to get, but I can tell you that I like my Treo Pro primarily for the fact that it has an excellent phone, That is why I chose it.
