+1 to this, I learned sooo much from his tutorials. I cut my teeth with lllboredlll kitchens in the very beginning, but calk kitchens are a veeery good starting point. Silence kitchen is also nice but does not have as many options as calk and he trims a lot from his roms like the task manager app and some other basic things. Calk's threads also have lots of users so it's easier to get support as well. Best way to learn? Dive in head first and fight your way through problems, that's what I did
