It's really good to know battery life is better with v3, it should at least be better than the older roms. Also since releasing v3 I've had a lot more time to experiment with 6.5 and not deal so much with 6.1 bugfixes and frankly I am have very mixed feelings about it. I want to dedicate more time to getting it right but it seems like so much effort I might just wait for 6.5 RTM to spend any serious time on it. In the interim perhaps I will release a v3.1 update to address some of the suggestions in this thread
