This would be better suited in the custom 6.5 taskbar thread.
You'd have to change it yourself.
Go to the 6.5 taskbar thread, read that,
and then further instructions on how to do everything step by step is located in 6.1 custom taskbar thread.
But make sure you don't use 6.1 dll's as that will cause problems for your phone!
