you have to use cmd prompt, and on one line:
implantxip.exe xip.bin os.nb.payload
i.e. <path to>implantxip.exe <path to>xip.bin(or whateverit'snamed.bin) <path to>os.nb.payload
if all three are in same folder, paths are not nessesary
