Make sure that your phone has been properly programmed with the correct msid and meid. Also make sure that they have the correct esn in the system (Might still have the old one)

I have been getting error 67 and 1012 which are vision errors. When i recently logged on to my sprint account online i saw that i do not have access to changing my vision password which leads me to believe that they somehow took it off.
I have already done a master reset and tried going through all the steps with an online rep to no avail.
Anyone have any ideas? or should i just head back in to the sprint store?
