its not problem the reason u have the duplicate is because you didn't make sure there was one available space on the start menu. You can remove that by going into windows/start menu and delete any duplicates there. As far as ur sending problem did u setup the server settings for verizon? that would be the only thing I can think of. if not the mms address is the same as sprints just change sprintpcs in the .com addy to vtext I think. hope this helps.
