I guess sprint is replacing 6700 with Mogul...but how? you said "the paperwork said that none could be ordered" are all sprint store getting new mogul instead of 6700 replacement?
so I called my local sprint/repair center (IL suburb area golf/Algonquian road) and told them I am having problem with my 6700 and they said we still have 6700 in stock and we will replace with same one..
