I think this problem started post 15954, which was part of the reason I rolled back from the newer one... but if you can test a bit for me and report back I greatly appreciate it.

*edit* I might be able to turn off the plugins by default. I will have to check.

Also, was your guy's push internet off by default in 2.5? It should be but I forgot to check.
