Some people are definitely harder on phones than others. The TP or Diamond, any PDA for that matter, is a muti-function device, not specifically meant to do just GPS, just internet, just phone. It is to be used as an all in one device. Obviously, you arent complaining about any of the things a PC can do over a PPC, so why complain about GPS functions heating the battery, go get a GPS receiver for your vehicle.

A sprint store actually told me i would have to go thru asurion to get it fixed, $100. every person i know that has the diamond,TP, and vogue, have seen the rainbow at least once..
