The battery cover on my phone has always been very loose and would just fall of in my pocket so I took my 6700 in to see if they could just give me a new cover. Turns out it wasn't the cover it was the actual phone because they tried another cover and it didn't latch on right either so they offered to replace the phone. They were out or 6700 so I got a MOGUL! This was at the Kenwood store in Cincinnati, Ohio three days ago.
