Save sms.lnk to \windows and use <OnClick File="\Windows\sms.lnk" />. For the clock you can use something like
<DigitalClock x="120" y="12" format="HH:mm" color="RGB(255, 255 ,255)" Alignment="Center">
<OnClick File="\Windows\clock.exe" />
</DigitalClock>
but you'll have to adjust position and size.
