All you have to do to re-gain the flexibility of setting your own PP is use XipporterEx (which is included in the .rar file) instead of Pagepool Changer.
I'm not having any problems with my ROM - but it didn't solve some of the problems that I thought it would. I had no lag or over use of memory in 21502 and ran with a PP of 10 at 50% memory pretty consistantly.
With 21222 I still have to slide to unlock twice on occaision (granted if you hold it for a few seconds at the end - it seems to work on the first try). But I am running at 10 PP and 65 - 70% memory. And there appears to be some lag,... for instance: I dial three number and it hangs on the forth number. |
I too noticed a little bit more RAM usage with 21222. However, there were enough bugs in 21502 and/or the kitchen that it was packaged with that makes the current version better for me.
