What I would suggest is try to reflash your stock rom. See if you can flash that. You can locate your stock rom here:

Finally found a solution to my problem. The unlocker that i was using was
Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_025_MFG.zip when I redid with the
Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.zip and flashed it. Now i tried flashing the lastest Mighty rom....IT WORKED!
