Got a solution for you. I use CSDEVCTRL with Mighty Rom 5 but it should work perfectly with R3Born and it's free
It's a super simple lock that activates when you push the power button on the phone. It can lock the entire phone (hard buttons as well) or just the screen, lots of options. It uses next to no resources and utilizes the stock WM lock. Took me a long time to find it but sure glad I did, MS needs to incorporate something like this in the stock rom.
