I been on the 6.5 rom & Found same issues. Also Program tab is "off".
In music tab had to select a song, so tab would not hesitate & search every time accessed.


The good news is that Manilla(with Galarm) was quick.
Scrolling, menus, Sprint TV & Youtube performance was best so far for me on this 6.5
