I went to my local sprint store, and they referred me to Asurion (How could I expect anything different?)

Anyway, there is water under my screen, a purple/green blob when i tilt it right. Did anybody figure out a way to get rid of it or did you all just replace your phone?

Yeah I am on my second TP because of that spot on the screen. Last time I went in they told me if I wanted to exchange it another time I would have to pay through the insurance company. Here is the kicker though..Just like the Mogul's white spot on its screen this is a known issue. What I was told yb more then one Sprint employee was that HTC admits these known issues/defects but whenever the company (Sprint) replaces the phone they eat the cost because HTC hasn't authorized any exchanges or replacements for these known issues.

Bottom line is they made a product that happens to need a recall because of a defect but they can not do that because it would be at such a massive lose of money. So now we have a great phone that even if you don't currently have the issue on the screen it will come about. As I've said I have had mine replaced a couple times already and my current phone I've had 2 months and it just started doing this again a couple weeks ago. However, this time it is growing at a very rapid rate.
