HI, 1st of all welcome to the forum. Your English is just fine. I do not suggest you try and repair any of this by yourself because you might void the warranty. I suggest you take it to a Sprint repair store and have them give it a look. You dont want to suspect something is wrong and its not the fault but you ruin the warranty because of that.
