It used to be through my EVDO line but when I blocked that, they then started using a remote call Procedure, with very minimal resources, so as to fit seemlessly with in the plethora of OS boot up processes.

I also am in the process of legal procedings because this constitutes a violation of Privacy on so many levels (I will not get into specifics). I have some comrades who have given me some network monitoring programs, and other such programs we have compiled them on an external HD and are trying to intelligibly assemble all of the evidence. It's an arduous process!

Nonetheless I need help. In order to institute some more advanced hidden abilities, I need to erase the settings on my phone, or close the gateway that allows Sprint to send modified .dlls that hijack my processes. I have a few Ideas but If any of the legends can help this would be a monumental achievement to disclosing the methods involved by ISP's in their throttling attempts. To be honest I have'nt even exceeded my allotted bandwith and this is occurring! I can't wait to have my day in court!
umm quite honestly thats above my paygrade lol. I dont mean to say this the wrong way and in no way am i being sarcastic but sprint has 50 million of subscribers, I dont understand why they would target your phone or do they do it to all of ours? Even if you were exceeding your allotted bandwith i dont think sprint would bother with it unless it was out of hand. I think your giving sprint too much credit lol
