1) Error message on boot: Really... First I've heard of that message not going away. Have you installed any programs? If manila takes longer than usual to boot up for ANY reason there's a chance that error could pop up. OR if you install a hack, utility, fix, mod or basically anything that modifies manila in any way that error message could come up. Finally if the error message just won't go away no matter what, you can delete 'SSMaHo.lnk' from \windows\startup. That will disable the worldclock-Galarm mapping and therefore the error message.
2) Seriously?! I tested this thoroughly and have not changed any of the files that should be related to this problem. Again, did you install ANYthing to the rom? Let me know and please be detailed, something you think would have no impact very well might. Sorry!
