ANother question. If I need to pay $100 for replacement, why I not just say I lost the phone and they may send a TP to me. In that case, I do not need to send back Mogul (may can sell it on ebay or craiglist), right?

Asurion changed their pricing because of alot to PDA/Smart phones were coming in for claims as these phones are typically more expensive they raise it to cover their overall cost. If you do file a claim and report the device lost or stolen and turn around an post it on ebay, craiglist ect.. when whoever purchases the device will have to activate the phone by the DEC *(Wwhich you reported lost/stolen) . They will not be able to active the device because of the DEC that could cause all sorts of problems for you and the buyer. Namely you get the full price of the phone charged to your account plus you have to refund the money to who ever purchase the brick from you. Just letting you know, good luck either way
