Alarm is broken... guess this could be a world clock issue - when alarm is supposed to sound it just goes to the alarm setting screen and there is no sound.

Why isnt the world clock just disabled? It causes more problems than it gives back in features. Disabling it all but fixes this issue. (and the 1 hour offset)
