Btrcp2000, are you able to go into the today plugins and uncheck HTC Today screen? I wasn't able to when using Ilauncher in safe mode but I was able to download and load Monocube Safe Mode 2 (per an earlier thread, thanks) and install it when in safe mode.

I then was able to get it going, somehow get Monocube's safe mode going and when I did that all of my today plug ins were there and I unchecked it and rebooted. It took a bit of effort but it got me going again.
