I have not read this thread entirely but I have been following it here and there. Now I know there are PLENTY of people with broken phones that are reading this and I am not talking to you BUT it does appear there is a massive amount of Insurance Fraud going on. Maybe nobody knows they are committing fraud. If you have the Sprint $7 Insurance package:

You only call Assurian IF AND ONLY IF:
Broken in MULTIPLE pieces
Lost
Stolen
Water Damage

Even if it has dings, scratches, busted button, you go to Sprint Repair and either get a replacement of a repair for free.

Just wanted to point out that many are committing Insurance Fraud, for some reason people don't understand that it is the same thing as filing false claim for your car, house, medical, dental, etc.
