btw... the tech told me that there is a problem with the keyboards on the first couple of runs of the touch pro. he claims the keyboard that he replaced mine with is a new and improved model. i can say the keys are a bit less sloppy than my old keyboard, but that might be from being new and not having a few hundred thousand clicks as the old one did!!!

thanks i do have tep, but i dont feel like relocking it & i dont have a car while im here..the sip works wonderfully so ill just wait til i get back home..it just sux when people want to see my phone & the KB doesnt work
