Voice command....

Go to start/settings/personal/voice command

Click enabled. click Notifications.. choose your option.. uncheck free time only (unless thats important to your calendar/appointment)... since mine is set for bluetooth only then I figured if I'm not 'free' I won't have the bt on!

Now back on the main VC screen you have your check boxes of apps to use highlight messaging and click options.. uncheck high priority only. check announce new.
