Kinda it seems... The ICS software does not seem to be on the phone... Have yet to test but this Data Connection in settings seems to be it...
Keep in mind VZW is going to want you to pay the $15/month tethering fee and use the VZaccess manager software on your computer to use this... As always there is a way around that though...
