Did anyone encountered something like this on their htc mogul? I started using different themes other than original stock one but I found this theme argg. I forgot from whom here in ppcgeeks, it looks so cute and then I was going to view some of my word doc and them I saw these ugly streaks on it. It only shows on plain white background. when im on program list it doesnt show when I installed something there's a streak while my phone is installing.

What do you guys think is the reason? Is there a way to get rid of it? other than, please dont tell me to get rid of the theme im using
that would suck.
